A molded product obtained by molding a molding material containing (A) carbon fiber, (B) metal fiber, and (C) thermoplastic resin, the weight of (A) carbon fiber and (B) metal fiber. The ratio is (B) / (A) = 1/5 to 1/25, the weight average fiber length of (A) carbon fiber in the molded product exceeds 0.3 mm, and (A) the weight average fiber length of carbon fiber / (B) A molded product, wherein the weight average fiber length of the metal fibers is 1/2 to 1/6.
