abstract | An object of the present invention is to prevent the internal flow of a refrigerant retaining body and to surely exert a cooling action on an object such as a body, to obtain a lighter and better feeling of use, and to improve handling. It also provides an excellent cooler. A cold insulator according to the present invention comprises two sheet-like covering materials having a surface material 3 made of a cloth-like material and a lining material 4 made of a non-water-absorbing material that can be welded by heating.
