abstract |
The color temperature of illumination light is changed. A headlamp includes a semiconductor laser that emits laser light, a first light emitting unit that emits first fluorescence upon receiving the laser light, and a peak different from the first fluorescence upon receiving the laser light. The irradiation range of the laser light applied to the second light emitting unit 2b is changed after making the irradiation range of the laser light in the second light emitting unit 2b emitting the second fluorescence having the wavelength and the first light emitting unit 2a constant.
