titleOfInvention Insulating box, method for manufacturing the insulating box, and refrigerator-freezer
abstract A foamed polyurethane resin is prevented from leaking from a gap between an outer box and an inner box. A heat-insulating box body 101 is a combination of an outer box and an inner box, which is installed with its opening side down, and cyclopentane 109 as a main blowing agent having a boiling point higher than zero at substantially atmospheric pressure. And a foamed polyurethane resin raw material containing carbon dioxide 111 as a sub-foaming agent having a boiling point of approximately zero degrees or less at approximately atmospheric pressure, from an injection port formed in a portion of the back surface of the outer box that does not face the back surface of the inner box. It is injected into a closed space formed by a box and an inner box, and the foamed polyurethane resin is filled into the closed space by foaming the raw material of the foamed polyurethane resin. For this reason, the polyurethane foam leaks from the gap between the outer box and the inner box without plugging the gap with hot melt or processing the fitting part of the outer box and the inner box in a complicated manner (with high precision) so that the gap is not created. It is possible to provide a heat insulating box that is easy to manufacture, resource-saving, and friendly to the global environment. [Selection] Figure 4
