abstract | An object of the present invention is to obtain an aqueous dispersion of an acid-modified polyolefin resin uniformly kneaded when an extruder is used. In an extruder, using a polyolefin resin, (a) an acid modification step in which the polyolefin resin is acid-modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an organic peroxide; and (b) (a) step. The acid-modified polyolefin resin obtained in step 1 is subjected to an emulsification step in which an aqueous solution or aqueous suspension of a polymer emulsifier having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 10,000,000 is mixed and emulsified.
