titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of sliding member
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a sliding member which improves the adhesion between the surface of a substrate made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a silver film. A polyamideimide resin 24 having a thermosetting property is applied to an outer peripheral surface 11 of a main body 10, and a slurry in which silver particles 23 are dispersed in terpineol before the polyamideimide resin 24 is cured is applied to the polyamideimide resin 24. After applying ultrasonic vibration to the coated slurry and the polyamideimide resin 24, the slurry, the polyamideimide resin 24 and the main body 10 are heated to cure the polyamideimide resin 24 and remove terpineol. The sliding surface 22 was formed by fusing the silver particles 23 to the surface of the polyamideimide resin 24. [Selection] Figure 2
