abstract A cross-linked polyolefin resin foam sheet that can be thinned while maintaining excellent flexibility and heat resistance, an adhesive tape using the cross-linked polyolefin resin foam sheet, and a sealing material are provided. A cross-linked polyolefin resin foam sheet obtained by cross-linking and foaming a polyolefin resin sheet obtained by extrusion molding, wherein the polyolefin resin sheet contains a metallocene compound containing a tetravalent transition metal as a polymerization catalyst. The polyethylene-based resin obtained by use contains 40% by mass or more, and the crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam sheet satisfies a specific condition. [Selection] Figure 1
