titleOfInvention | Method and sheet for producing flexible polyurethane foam |
abstract | Provided is a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam, which can improve the hardness without deteriorating the physical properties of the flexible polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: The polyol has an average number of hydroxyl groups of 2 to 8 and a hydroxyl value of 5 to 45 mgKOH obtained through a step of ring-opening addition polymerization of alkylene oxide in the presence of a double metal cyanide complex catalyst as an initiator. / G polyether polyol (A1) is used. A first crosslinking agent (E1) which is a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 100 to 2,500 mg KOH / g, obtained by ring-opening addition polymerization of alkylene oxide in the presence of a catalyst using ethylenediamine as an initiator. And / or a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of 100 to 1,500 mgKOH / g, obtained by ring-opening addition polymerization of alkylene oxide in the presence of a catalyst using trimethylolpropane as an initiator. A crosslinking agent (E2) is used. [Selection figure] None |
