The present invention provides novel combinations of antimuscarinic and phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitors and their use in the treatment of respiratory diseases. A salt form of (3R) -1-phenethyl-3- (9H) having (a) a PDE4 inhibitor and (b) an anion X which is a pharmaceutically acceptable anion of a monovalent or polyvalent acid.
