titleOfInvention | Method for producing dithienobenzodithiophene derivative |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative capable of giving a high carrier mobility and easily and efficiently forming an organic semiconductor layer. A method for producing a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative characterized by passing through at least the following steps (A) to (B). Step (A): A step of producing a diacylate of dithienobenzodithiophene by Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction of dithienobenzodithiophene and an acyl chloride compound in the presence of aluminum chloride as a catalyst. (B) Step; a step of producing a dithienobenzodithiophene derivative by subjecting the diacyl derivative of dithienobenzodithiophene obtained in step (A) to a reduction reaction.
