titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing internal reforming fuel cell with reforming catalyst supported on anode |
abstract | In a method for manufacturing an internal reforming fuel cell, compared with an impregnation method, the amount of metal of a reforming catalyst used in the manufacturing can be reduced, so that the cost can be reduced. It is possible to avoid the complexity of covering and wiping with a sealing material on the surface, to accurately control the content of the reforming catalyst metal in the anode to an appropriate amount, and to provide means for improving the dispersibility of the reforming catalyst metal. A flat plate type anode having an anode 12 having a porous structure, a reforming catalyst supported in the porous structure of the anode, a cathode 14, and an electrolyte 16 sandwiched between the anode and the cathode. In a method for producing an internal reforming fuel cell, a water-hydrophilic property of a reforming catalyst metal is formed on an anode surface of a single cell having an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte sandwiched between the anode and the cathode. The manufacturing method characterized by including the dripping process which dripped the organic-solvent mixed solvent solution 22. [Selection] Figure 1 |
