SOLUTION: A substrate 2 and a metal oxide particle and an electron transporting compound having an anthraquinone skeleton provided on the substrate 2 and having a maximum absorbance in an absorption spectrum measured in a wavelength region of 450 nm to 1000 nm. An electron comprising an undercoat layer 4 having a wavelength in the range of 475 nm to 510 nm, a charge generation layer 5 provided on the undercoat layer 4, and a charge transport layer 6 provided on the charge generation layer 5 It is a photographic photoreceptor 1.
