A test paper unit including a reaction area of an inspection item, a photographing module that captures a test paper image of the test paper unit, and a transmission module that is electrically connected to the photographing module. The test paper image captured by the photographing module 121 is composed of the portable device 12 and the remote computing device 13 in which the test paper analysis system 131 for analyzing the test paper image and creating an inspection report is installed. 122 is transmitted to the remote computing device 13, and the inspection report is returned to the portable device 12 by the remote computing device 13.
