abstract | An image quality and durability of a radiological image detection apparatus are made compatible. A radiation image detection apparatus includes a phosphor having a group of columnar crystals formed by growing crystals of a fluorescent substance that emits fluorescence by radiation exposure, and a protection covering at least a fluorescence emission surface of the phosphor. A radiation image conversion panel 2 including a film 19; a sensor panel 3 that detects fluorescence emitted from the phosphor; and a protective film that covers the fluorescence emission surface and a light receiving surface of the sensor panel. And an adhesive layer 25 for bonding the radiation image conversion panel and the sensor panel, the surface of the protective film is plasma-treated, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 10 μm or more and 40 μm or less.
