titleOfInvention | Method for producing colloidal crystal immobilized with polymer, and colloidal crystal immobilized with polymer |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a colloidal crystal immobilized with a polymer capable of efficiently producing a colloidal crystal having sufficient hardness and color developability with a high curing rate and forming a bulk body having a desired thickness. An average particle size of a monofunctional acrylic monomer and at least one polyfunctional acrylic monomer selected from difunctional and trifunctional acrylic monomers in a dispersion medium having a mass ratio of 30:70 to 90:10. The diameter is 0.01 to 10 μm, and the monodispersity represented by the formula [monodispersity (unit:%)] = ([standard deviation of particle diameter] / [average particle diameter]) × 100 is 10% or less. After containing colloidal particles in an amount of 10 to 60% by mass, the colloidal particles are dispersed by ultrasonic waves to obtain a monomer dispersion in which colloidal crystals in a three-dimensional ordered arrangement are formed, and the 10 hour half-life temperature is 60 to 100 ° C. A polymerization initiator composed of an organic peroxide is added in an amount of 0.005 to 0.1% by mass, and heated and polymerized at a temperature obtained by adding 5 ° C. to a 10-hour half-life temperature and 80 ° C. or less.
