titleOfInvention | Method for producing N-acylamino acid |
abstract | A method for producing an N-acylamino acid (3) in good yield is provided. In a reactor, an aldehyde compound (1), an amide compound (2), and carbon monoxide are reacted in a solvent in the presence of a palladium compound and a halogen compound, thereby producing an N-acylamino acid ( 3), wherein the aldehyde compound (1), the amide compound (2) and the solvent are supplied into a reactor in which a solvent, a palladium compound, a halogen compound and carbon monoxide have been previously added. To produce N-acylamino acid (3). [Selection figure] None |
