In an immunohistochemical staining method, a non-specific reaction of a labeled body is suppressed. In an immunohistochemical staining method in which a biological tissue is stained using silica particles formed by binding a plurality of fluorescent substances as a fluorescent label, non-specific adsorption of the fluorescent label to the biological tissue is suppressed. For this purpose, a reaction reagent containing a nucleic acid molecule is used. A nucleic acid molecule having 1 to 100 bases is used. [Selection figure] None |
