abstract | [PROBLEMS] To produce a spherical zinc oxide powder capable of controlling the particle size and form by an environmentally friendly, simple and low-cost method, and to impart hydrophobicity to the surface of the spherical zinc oxide powder. SOLUTION: A water-soluble zinc compound, a glycol, and an amine compound are mixed and manufactured by performing a soft solution reaction at 50 ° C. to 100 ° C., spherical particles having primary particles of 5 to 200 nm are accumulated, and 20 to 5000 nm.
