titleOfInvention Method for producing polyamide
abstract Disclosed is a method for producing a polyamide with a narrow molecular weight distribution, a suppressed color tone, and a small amount of triamine as a by-product. A method for producing a polyamide according to the present invention includes the following steps (i) to (iii) in this order. Step (i): A step of mixing a dicarboxylic acid as a monomer and a diamine at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the lower melting point monomer to obtain a mixed solution. Step (ii): The mixture obtained in step (i) is produced at a temperature lower than the melting point of the polyamide to be produced by producing a salt by reaction of dicarboxylic acid and diamine and producing a low polymer by polymerizing the salt. The process of crushing the produced | generated salt and low polymer while performing, and obtaining the crushing mixture of a salt and a low polymer. Step (iii): A step of increasing the molecular weight of the crushed mixture obtained in step (ii) by melt extrusion at a temperature of {(melting point of the resulting polyamide) + 10 ° C.} to 350 ° C.
