SOLUTION: A cellulose acetate having a hard coat layer on one surface and having 2.0 ≦ Z1 ≦ 2.5 (Z1 is the acetyl group substitution degree of the core layer) and a total average substitution degree of 3.0-6. A core layer containing an ester compound (I) which is 0.0 and a skin layer containing cellulose acetate which is 2.7 <Z2 <3.0 (Z2 is the degree of acetyl group substitution of the skin layer) on both sides. 4 plates.
