abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a particle in which a physiologically active substance is immobilized, a particle that suppresses non-specific adsorption is easily produced, and a physiologically active substance (for example, sugar) is immobilized on the particle. And SOLUTION: A target particle for immobilizing a physiologically active substance was obtained by introducing a polymer having a carboxyl group in the side chain into the particle surface. Furthermore, by using a copolymer of a monomer having a carboxyl group in the side chain and a monomer having a hydrophilic group in the side chain, it has a functional group for immobilizing a physiologically active substance and has the effect of suppressing nonspecific adsorption.
