abstract |
A memory system capable of controlling various wireless communication functions is provided. A control unit 13 controls a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device 18. The memory 15 is a work area connected to the control unit. The wireless communication function unit 19a is controlled by the control unit. The extension register is provided in the memory 15 and includes a plurality of pages having a certain data length that can define the wireless communication function of the wireless communication function unit 19a. The control unit processes a first command for reading the extension register in a unit of a fixed data length and a second command for writing the extension register in the unit of a fixed data length, and the extension register wirelessly transmits to a specific page.
