abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus using an electrophotographic system capable of maintaining print image quality and reducing fixing of a developing sleeve due to friction between a developer and a developing sleeve. The proportion of particles having an equivalent circle diameter of 0.6 to 1.0 μm measured by a flow particle image analyzer (FPIA) is 4 to 7% by number, and the equivalent circle diameter of 0.6 to 2.0 μm.
