Methods and compositions for making unique sequence DNA probes, labeling of DNA probes, and use of these probes |
abstract |
Methods and compositions for obtaining unique sequence DNA probes are provided. The composition consists of any double-stranded DNA containing a unique sequence, excluding repetitive sequences. Rare circulating cells are analyzed by combining multi-parameter analysis of individually isolated target cell phenotypes and genotypes. In order to investigate the cells of interest, cells identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling are stored, and genetic analysis of the cells identified after immunomagnetic selection and fluorescent labeling is performed.
