titleOfInvention Terminal crimping wire for automobiles
abstract An automobile terminal crimped electric wire having stable corrosion resistance in a vehicle environment is provided. An end portion of an aluminum electric wire 2 in which an aluminum conductor wire 23 is covered with an insulator has a caulking portion 30 to be crimped to the aluminum electric wire 2 and an electric contact portion 33 for connecting to another terminal. A connection terminal 3 made of a copper-based material is crimped, and a resin-coated portion 4 made of a resin is formed on the crimp portion 12 of the aluminum electric wire 2 and the connection terminal 3. The terminal crimping electric wire 1 for automobiles was configured so as to cover the periphery. The resin coating 4 has a melt flow rate of 200 g / 10 min. At 190 ° C. and 21.18 N measured in accordance with JIS K6922-1. It forms with the material which contains the above ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer and the copolymerization ratio of the alpha olefin in an ethylene alpha alpha olefin copolymer is 10 mass% or more.
