abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace substance detection device capable of automating operations from a reaction between a trace substance and a labeling substance to detection / quantification, and integrally molded with, for example, a resin. SOLUTION: A tube, a sample containing a target substance to be detected, a magnetic bead, a labeling substance, and a buffer solution are mixed, and a target target substance, a magnetic bead, and a labeling substance are reacted and combined to form a sample solution. A reaction unit, a measurement unit that includes two or more electrodes, a sample solution is introduced, and a target substance to which a labeling substance is bonded is measured. A mixing / reaction unit and a measurement unit that are provided in the measurement unit are coupled to magnetic beads by magnetic force. A magnetic force control unit for adsorbing and holding a target substance to be detected; suction / pressurization means for moving the sample solution in the tube by sucking / pressurizing the inside of the tube; a plurality of valves provided at appropriate positions of the tube; A magnet control unit, a suction / pressurization means, and a control device for controlling a plurality of valves are provided, and the tube and the measurement unit are integrally formed of resin.
