titleOfInvention Ultrasonic probe and ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus
abstract An ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus including a piezoelectric portion in which composite materials are laminated and having a small variation in piezoelectric performance can be provided at low cost. An ultrasonic probe having a piezoelectric unit that transmits ultrasonic waves to a subject and receives reflected ultrasonic waves generated by the reflection of the ultrasonic waves at the subject and converts them into electrical signals. The piezoelectric part is formed by laminating a plurality of piezoelectric layers in which piezoelectric bodies and non-piezoelectric bodies are alternately arranged in parallel. At least one of the plurality of piezoelectric layers has a different arrangement direction of the piezoelectric body and the non-piezoelectric body from the other piezoelectric layer of the plurality of piezoelectric layers.
