titleOfInvention DC / DC voltage converter
abstract [PROBLEMS] To achieve an improvement in efficiency and an increase in output power capacity as compared with a conventional DC / DC voltage conversion device, and between a primary side voltage and a secondary side voltage during a power running operation and a regenerative operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a DC / DC voltage converter that can be adjusted for both step-up and step-down, and that is further downsized and lightweight. Field effect transistors FET1 to FET4 made of a wide band gap semiconductor material, an inductor L, an energy transfer capacitor C0, a conversion main circuit 2 including smoothing capacitors C1 and C2, and FET1 and FET4 and FET2 and FET3. Each pair of FETs as a set has a complementary relationship in which on / off is opposite to each other, and FETs 1 to 4 are turned on / off at a switching frequency higher than the upper limit of the audible frequency to control the on-duty of each FET. Thus, a control unit is provided that performs direct-current voltage conversion of the step-up / down voltage by bi-directionally transferring power between the primary side and the secondary side.
