An electromagnetic wave shielding layer having a conductive pattern layer containing conductive particles and a resin binder formed in a predetermined pattern on a transparent substrate, and laminated on the conductive pattern layer side through an adhesive layer. The conductive sheet of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer is formed with a metal layer having an edge portion protruding and a center portion recessed, and the conductive layer of the electromagnetic wave shielding layer.
