abstract | The present invention provides a column filler having good performance reproducibility. Moreover, the manufacturing method of this column filler and the measuring method of hemoglobin using this column filler are provided. A liquid chromatography column filler comprising hydrophilic crosslinked polymer particles, wherein the hydrophilic crosslinked polymer particles have a crosslinkable monomer and a hydrophilic monomer dispersed in an aqueous dispersion medium. A column for liquid chromatography, which is obtained by stirring the dispersion obtained above for at least 1 hour at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the crosslinkable monomer and at which the polymerization reaction does not proceed substantially.
