abstract |
The present invention provides a means capable of detecting and evaluating a vascular endothelial disorder with higher accuracy. According to one aspect of the present invention, for a plasma sample collected from a living body, 1) a step of detecting or quantifying vascular endothelial cell-derived microparticles, and 2) a step of detecting or quantifying tissue factor-containing microparticles. And a method for examining a vascular endothelial disorder. According to another aspect of the present invention, a blood vessel comprising a first antibody that specifically recognizes vascular endothelial cell-derived microparticles and a second antibody that specifically recognizes tissue factor-containing microparticles.
