titleOfInvention | Electrodeposition method and electrodeposition apparatus |
abstract | There is provided an electrodeposition method capable of sufficiently coating a boundary portion between two wall surfaces on the inner surface side of a depressed shape. An electrodeposition method in which a coating material is applied by electrodeposition to a conductive member 1 having at least a bottom plate portion and two side plate portions extending upward from both ends of the bottom plate portion. A step of immersing the conductive member and the counter electrode therein, and an application step of applying a paint by passing an electric current between the conductive member and the counter electrode. The counter electrode 24 includes the main plate portion and one end thereof. Two branch plate portions extending in two from the portion A. In the coating process, one end portion A of the main plate portion is located closest to the bottom plate portion, and both surfaces of the main plate portion are on the inner surface of the side plate portion. The two branching plate portions are placed so as to face each other, and extend toward the boundary between the bottom plate portion and the two side plate portions, and the tip of the branching plate portion is more than the distance between the one end A and the bottom plate portion. The distance between the base plate portion and the bottom plate portion is smaller. [Selection] Figure 6 |
