abstract | The present invention provides a low VOC urethane-based resin composition that has a low environmental load and high performance and coating properties. A composition comprising a polyol component (A), a polyisocyanate component (B) and a compound (C) having an epoxy group, wherein the polyol component (A) is a low molecular weight polyol as a diluent. A low VOC urethane-based resin composition in which the compound (C) composed of (A1) and the polymer polyol (A2) and having the epoxy group is composed of an aliphatic glycidyl ether-based compound is prepared. The molecular weight of the polyol (A1) is about 350 or less, and examples thereof include C 2-6 alkylene glycol. The polymer polyol (A2) may be, for example, a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol, a polycarbonate polyol, an acrylic polymer polyol, or the like. [Selection figure] None |
