A shrinkage reducing agent for a hydraulic material used, comprising a polyoxyalkylene glycol compound (A) and a water reducing agent (B), wherein the polyoxyalkylene glycol compound (A) has a hydroxyl value of 5 to 200, The water reducing agent (B) contains at least one selected from lignin sulfonate, a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group and an anionic group.
