abstract |
A liquid ejecting head, a liquid ejecting apparatus, and a piezoelectric element including a piezoelectric element having a piezoelectric layer in which the content of lead is suppressed and the generation of cracks is suppressed are provided. The piezoelectric body includes a pressure generating chamber (12) communicating with a nozzle opening (21), a piezoelectric layer (300) and electrodes (60, 80) provided on the piezoelectric layer (70). The layer 70 is a liquid ejecting head made of a piezoelectric material containing 1 to 15 mol% of lithium with respect to a composite oxide having a perovskite structure represented as a mixed crystal of bismuth iron manganate and barium titanate.
