abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin composition excellent in strength, transparency and the like since a layered clay mineral is uniformly dispersed. SOLUTION: 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a layered clay mineral treated with a quaternary ammonium ion having an HLB value in the range of -5 to 1 with respect to 100 parts by weight of a total amount of urethane prepolymer and diol.
