titleOfInvention Control device for hybrid vehicle
abstract An EV traveling area is expanded. A control apparatus for a hybrid vehicle 100 including an engine 1 and a motor 2 as a power source, wherein the waste heat regeneration apparatus 6 regenerates the waste heat of the engine 1 as regenerative power, and travels using only the motor 2 as a power source. A regenerative power transmission mechanism (11, 12, 663) for transmitting the regenerative power regenerated by the waste heat regenerator 6 to the output shaft 13 of the engine 1 during EV travel. Thereby, the output shaft of the engine 1 can be idled by the regenerative power regenerated by the waste heat regeneration device 6 during EV traveling. Therefore, it is possible to start the engine 1 independently without performing cranking by the motor 2, and it is not necessary to leave a surplus power for restarting the engine during EV traveling. Therefore, it is possible to increase a region where the vehicle can travel only by the motor 2. [Selection] Figure 2
