Disclosed is a titanium black dispersion composition for forming a light-shielding film having high dispersibility of titanium black and high storage stability, and flatness without residue on the top surface of the pattern without forming a residue when the pattern is formed. A good radiation sensitive composition is provided. A BET specific surface area of a dispersion containing (A) titanium black particles, (B) a dispersant, and (C) an organic solvent, and containing the (A) titanium black particles, is 20 m 2 / g to 120 m. 2 / g, and (A) the dispersion to be dispersed containing titanium black particles contains Si atoms, and the content ratio of Si atoms to Ti atoms in the dispersion is 0.01 to 0.00. A titanium black dispersion composition for forming a light-shielding film for a solid-state imaging device, which is within a range of 45 and is used for coating by an inkjet method.
