abstract A touch panel sensor with a protective cover having a good design is provided. In a touch panel sensor with a protective cover, transparent conductors have a thickness of 25 nm or less and a light refractive index of 1.97 + 0.14 for light having a wavelength of 550 nm. /−0.20, and within the range of 2.12 + 0.14 / −0.20 for light with a wavelength of 400 nm. The undercoat layers 71 and 76 have a thickness of 900 nm or more, and the optical refractive index thereof is within the range of 1.78 + 0.10 / −0.08 with respect to light having a wavelength of 550 nm. In other words, it is within the range of 1.86 + 0.10 / −0.08 with respect to light having a wavelength of 400 nm. The first adhesive layer 14 interposed between the touch panel sensor 30 and the protective cover 12 has an optical refractive index in the range of 1.48 to 1.8. [Selection] Figure 4
