titleOfInvention | Method for controlling wettability of solid surface and solid surface thereof |
abstract | A method for controlling wettability of a solid surface and a solid surface thereof are provided. A silicone homopolymer or copolymer stock solution or an amorphous fluororesin is applied to a solid surface selected from metal, metal oxide film, metal oxide, alloy, semiconductor, polymer, ceramics, glass, and quartz. A solution diluted with a fluorine-based solvent is dropped or spin-cast, and after heat treatment at 50 to 180 ° C. for 24 to 72 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere with a relative humidity of 5% or less, excess molecules are removed with an organic solvent. Thus, by uniformly covering the solid surface with a silicone homopolymer film or the like, the difference (hysteresis) between the advancing contact angle and the receding contact angle of the droplet adhering to the surface is 5 ° or less. A method for controlling the wettability of a solid surface, and a solid surface modified by the method. [Effect] A method for controlling dynamic wettability and a solid surface thereof can be provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
