titleOfInvention | Norbornene-based ring-opening polymer hydride |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydride of norbornene-based ring-opening polymer having excellent water vapor barrier property, transparency and sufficient mechanical strength. After a ring-opening polymerization step comprising a step (1) of ring-opening polymerization of a norbornene-based monomer (A) and a step (2) of ring-opening polymerization of a norbornene-based monomer (B). A hydrogenated norbornene-based ring-opening polymer having a melting point of 110 to 145 ° C. and a Tg of 40 to 300 ° C., obtained by hydrogenating the obtained ring-opening polymer. The norbornene monomer (A) is a monomer containing 90 to 100% by weight of 2-norbornene. The norbornene monomer (B) is a monomer that gives a hydrogenated amorphous ring-opening polymer having a Tg of 50 to 300 ° C. The proportion of monomer (A) is 60 to 99% by weight, and the proportion of monomer (B) is 1 to 40% by weight with respect to the total monomers. [Selection figure] None |
