In a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition containing a graft copolymer (B) obtained by graft polymerization of a monomer mixture (b) containing at least an aromatic vinyl monomer (b1) and a vinyl cyanide monomer (b2) The ratio of the component having a molecular weight of less than 50,000 in the acetone-soluble component to the total weight of the acetone-soluble component is less than 30% by weight, and the ratio of the component having a molecular weight of 250,000 or more is 5 to 15% by weight.
