titleOfInvention | Analysis method of target nucleic acid |
abstract | [Problem] To provide a method for nucleic acid analysis using a single standard sample that can be easily manufactured and stored for a long period of time, including a series of steps of nucleic acid extraction / purification, nucleic acid amplification reaction, and amplification product detection. . (A) a step of extracting a nucleic acid from a cell sample to be analyzed; and (b) a nucleic acid amplification reaction using the nucleic acid extracted in step (a) or a nucleic acid synthesized using the nucleic acid as a template as a template. A step of amplifying a target nucleic acid and detecting an amplification product, and (c) an expression vector into which a standard nucleic acid is incorporated is introduced, and fluctuations in the expression profile are suppressed while retaining the nucleic acid inside the cell. A step of extracting nucleic acid from a standard cell sample comprising transformed cells immersed in an inactivating liquid, and (d) a nucleic acid extracted in step (c) or a nucleic acid synthesized using the nucleic acid as a template. A method for analyzing a target nucleic acid, comprising a step of amplifying a standard nucleic acid by a nucleic acid amplification reaction using a template and detecting the obtained amplification product.
