| abstract | The present invention provides a collective housing intercom system that can display the appearance of a visitor who has come to a management room on a monitor of the living room base unit when calling the room base unit from the management room base unit. Calling a predetermined room parent device 30 to be called by an administrator operating an operation unit 23 of the management room parent device 20 in a state in which the collecting camera 15 is driven from the management room parent device 20. When the operation is performed, a ringing tone is generated from the predetermined room master unit 30 and a captured image captured by the collecting camera 15 is displayed on the monitor 38 of the predetermined room base unit 30. When a resident performs a response operation to a call from the management room base unit 20 by operating the operation unit 31, the predetermined room base unit 30 and the management room base unit 20 with the captured image displayed on the monitor 38.
