abstract |
A fuel cell capable of preventing deterioration of fuel in a state where power generation is stopped and improving power generation efficiency is provided. A cathode 11 and an anode 12, a container 10 that accommodates the cathode 11 and the anode 12, and a cathode region A and an anode 12 that are disposed in the container 10 and in which the cathode 11 is disposed are disposed. An anion exchange membrane 13 partitioned into the anode region B is provided, and a ventilation portion 14 that allows oxygen from the outside of the container 10 to pass through is formed on the outer surface of the container 10 in the cathode region A.
