When a battery or an exterior of a plurality of batteries is formed as a resin molded product, positioning can be performed with high accuracy even if there is a dimensional change in the battery. A battery component is housed in a cavity (molding space) of a mold of a molding apparatus. On the main surface of the battery component, four spacers 12 are pasted in the vicinity of the four corners in advance. Resin is injected into the cavity, and after the resin is cured, the upper mold 41 and the lower mold 42 are released, and the battery pack 10 in which the battery component 31 is covered with the molding portion 11 is molded. Since the spacer 12 has a dimensional absorption capability, the battery component 31 can be reliably placed in a predetermined position in the mold cavity even if there is a variation in the size of the battery component 31 (particularly a battery in which the battery element is covered with a laminate film). Can be held in. [Selection] Figure 4 |
