abstract | A pneumatic tire including an inner liner that improves air permeation resistance, bending fatigue resistance, and crack resistance is provided. An inner liner 9 of a pneumatic tire 1 is 100 parts by mass of a polymer mixture containing 99 to 60% by mass of SIBS and 1 to 40% by mass of a polyamide-based polymer having a polyamide D in a molecular chain and a Shore D hardness of 70 or less. On the other hand, the first layer of 0.05 to 0.6 mm in thickness consisting of a polymer composition containing 0.1 to 50% by mass of an organically treated viscosity mineral, at least one of SIS and SIB, and a thickness of 0 .01 to 0.3 mm of a second polymer layer, and the second layer is disposed so as to be in contact with the rubber layer of the carcass ply 6. The inner liner 9 is a bead toe from the tire maximum width position Le. The average thickness of the buttress region Rs from the tire maximum width position Le to the corresponding position Lu at the belt layer end is thinner than the average thickness of the bead region Rb over Lt.
