abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a tile carpet that can obtain sufficient pull-out strength and fray resistance (fuzz strength), can be manufactured with low energy, and can use a large amount of recycled materials for a backing layer, contributing to the global environment. A manufacturing method is provided. As an adhesive resin layer, a paste sol made of a vinyl chloride resin is coated on the surface of the backing layer 3 and the back surface of the surface pile layer 2, and after heating and gelling, the surface pile layer 2 and the backing layer 3 are pasted. Combined and laminated with a heated press roll, sufficient pulling strength and fray resistance (fuzz strength) can be obtained, and it can be manufactured with low energy.
