An object of the present invention is to provide a useful use of a compound characteristically contained in a degradation product obtained by degrading PRENCSO with alliinase under LFS inactive and a method for producing the compound. The present invention provides a method for producing a compound represented by Formula 1 or a composition containing the compound.
