titleOfInvention | Absorbent article manufacturing method and absorbent article |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a rod-like body for absorbent articles that is less prone to crushing wrinkles and is excellent in resilience and shape maintenance, and a manufacturing technique thereof. The object is to provide a truncated conical cylindrical shape in which a continuous rod-shaped compression-recoverable core material 22 is supplied and conveyed along the longitudinal direction, and the diameter decreases to the rod-shaped body diameter toward the downstream side of the line. While passing along the center of the guide body 100, a continuous belt-like outer peripheral sheet 21 is supplied along the outer peripheral surface of the guide body 100, and the outer peripheral sheet 21 is spiraled around the outer peripheral surface of the core member 22 that has come out of the guide body 100. A continuous rod-like body 20 is formed by winding the wire into a shape, supplied to the main body production line of the absorbent article, cut at a predetermined cutting point 20x, fixed to the top sheet 30, and then cut into individual diapers. This is solved by the manufacturing method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
